About Multi-Win Lotto
Each $2 Multi-Win Lotto ticket has three lines, but you choose only one; the other two are always random. So a wheel needs one $2 ticket for each of its lines, and every ticket adds two random lines on top.
With only 35 numbers, wheels cover a lot of the field, and the extra lines can win prizes for total matches across the ticket. Those wins are a bonus on top of your wheel, not part of its guarantee.
Matching two numbers pays nothing in Multi-Win Lotto, so every wheel here guarantees at least a three-number match. Be wary of any system that promises "two numbers every time."
What Multi-Win Lotto wheels cost
Each of these wheels guarantees a three-number match ($2) whenever at least three of the winning numbers are among the ones you mark. The more numbers you mark, the more often that happens, and the more tickets it takes.
| Numbers you mark | Tickets | Cost per draw | Cost per week | How often the guarantee comes into play |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8 of 35 | 4 | $8 | $56 | 1 in 8.5 draws, about once a week or more |
| 10 of 35 | 10 | $20 | $140 | 1 in 4.7 draws, about once a week or more |
| 12 of 35 | 15 | $30 | $210 | 1 in 3.0 draws, about once a week or more |
| 15 of 35 | 31 | $62 | $434 | 52% draws, about once a week or more |
| 18 of 35 | 48 | $96 | $672 | 70% draws, about once a week or more |
The cost per week covers all 7 draws a week. The tool above also has cheaper wheels with weaker guarantees, and bigger ones that guarantee four or five numbers.

Can a wheel improve your odds?
No. Each line still has the same 1 in 1,623,160 chance at the top prize and returns about $0.22 in other prizes on average, however you choose its numbers. What a wheel changes is how your wins are grouped: random tickets can all miss even when the draw lands on your numbers, and a wheel makes sure at least one ticket catches them. Questions
How many numbers should I mark?
As many as your budget allows. In Multi-Win Lotto, going from 8 to 18 numbers takes the cost from $8 to $96 a draw, and the three-number guarantee from 1 in 8.5 draws to 70%. Lottery pools can afford the bigger wheels, which is where wheels make the most sense.
Can I play online?
As far as we can tell, Delaware's online lottery doesn't include draw games, so buy Multi-Win Lotto from a Delaware Lottery retailer.
