Privacy

What we store about you, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

LotteryWheels.com is a trading name of Browser7 Data Limited, Ireland, which is responsible for the personal data described here. For questions about your data, or to see or delete it, use our contact form. We collect as little as we can, never sell it, and don't use it for advertising.

If you only use the site

We count visits and what people do (pages viewed, wheels chosen, tickets printed) to see what's useful. These counts use no cookies and store no IP addresses: a visit is recognised by a code made from your connection and browser that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. Counts are kept for about 13 months.

Your browser also keeps a few things on your device, which never reach us: the last wheel you saved for checking, and the state you chose for playslip guides.

If you save a wheel by email

We keep your email address, your saved wheels (their name, numbers and tickets), how each did in the draws we checked, and when we emailed you. We use them only to check your wheels, email you the results and send you sign-in links. Nothing is emailed except the confirmation link until you click it, and if you don't, we delete your details after a day.

Signing in sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in on that device for up to 180 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Everything is kept until you delete it. You can stop the emails, delete a wheel or delete your whole account at any time on My wheels, and every results email has a link to stop them.

If you contact us

We keep your name, email address, message and any photo you send, to reply to you and, for playslip photos, to update our playslip guide. Tell us if you'd like them deleted.

Who else handles it

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends our emails.
  • Our server, where everything above is stored, is rented from GreenCloud in Ashburn, Virginia, in the United States.

Nobody else gets your details.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, through our contact form. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or the data protection authority where you live.

The site is for adults of legal age to play the lottery in their state.
