Irish lottery wheels

Free wheels for Irish Lotto, EuroMillions, Daily Million and EuroDreams. Mark the numbers you like and see exactly what each wheel guarantees, what it costs and how often the guarantee pays off. Prices are in euro.

Buying tickets in Ireland

  • You must be 18 or over to play.
  • Online play is limited to €75 a day, so a big wheel played often may need to be bought from an agent.
  • Post Offices, PostPoint and Payzone outlets sell Quick Picks only, so a wheel has to be bought from a National Lottery agent or online.
  • The Irish National Lottery doesn't sell system or full-wheel entries.

At a National Lottery agent, fill in a playslip for your lines or tell the agent your numbers, and they'll key them in. Post Offices and other outlets that sell only Quick Picks can't sell your own numbers. You can also buy online or in the National Lottery app if you live in the Republic of Ireland and you're there when you play.

For the official rules and results, see the Irish National Lottery. LotteryWheels.com is independent and not part of the Irish National Lottery.

Syndicates

The Irish National Lottery publishes a syndicate agreement form and instructions for what to do if a syndicate wins. Ireland's biggest Lotto jackpot went to a 16-member work syndicate. EuroDreams' online terms say it isn't suitable for syndicate play, because its top prizes are paid to one person.

Tax on prizes

Lottery winnings aren't taxed in Ireland: they're exempt from Capital Gains Tax and aren't treated as gifts. Interest on winnings is taxed, and passing winnings on to someone else can be a gift for tax.
